Bandit Community Fitness-SPRING 2023
with Patriot Hall Staff

Spring Term Dates: April 3rd - June 16th
Students and community members are welcome to participate in the Bandit Community Fitness program to access the Patriot Hall fitness facilities including the indoor track, weight room, cardio room, gym floor, and regularly scheduled open court sports.
The following discounted* rates will also be available in the drop-down during registration:
- SENIOR (age 62+): $60
- VETERAN/MILITARY/FIRST RESPONDER (EMT, Fire, or Police): $60
- CCC GRADUATE (w/Associate's Degree): $55
- CCC Student (taking 1 or more credits): FREE
- CCC Employee/Dependent: FREE
*By using a discount, you are confirming you are eligible for that discount. Any misuse of discounts will lead to removal from Bandit Community Fitness.
REQUIRED LIABILITY FORM
You must bring this completed, signed form to Patriot Hall upon your FIRST visit to Bandit Community Fitness before engaging in any physical activity. If you do not have access to a printer, forms are available at Patriot Hall check-in.
Adults (age 18+) - Patriot Hall Liability Form
Minors (age 16-17) OR Adults under a guardianship - Patriot Hall Liability Form (Participant with Guardian)
Spring Term Hours:
Monday - Friday: 6:30 AM - 8:00 PM
Saturday - Sunday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Last day to drop Bandit Community Fitness class with a refund:
- Two business days after the start of the term
There are no refunds allowed beyond these deadlines: You are liable for payment of Bandit Community Fitness at the time of registration and will be held liable unless the class is dropped within the refund period.
If you withdraw due to circumstances beyond your control such as a medical emergency, you may file a petition for a refund. The date of receipt of the petition, length of class attendance, and cost of course materials and services may be considered in denying or reducing the amount requested. Interval Circuit Training
with Jill Mulligan

This workout features a combination of strength and cardio activities set up in a circuit that will provide a high-calorie burn and body sculpting. Each class features different combinations of activities and is a great form of cross training. At the end of the circuit, participants will do core strengthening on the mat and finish with a good stretch.
Students should bring a mat to class.

Strength & Flexibility Training
with Jillian Conrad

This all-inclusive strength training program blends strength with flexibility, endurance, balance, coordination, and concentration. Its unique synergism yields strong, fluid movements that require a challenging yet invigorating focus of mind and body. Create a better functional body to meet life's demands with a lot of laughter but without injury or undue fatigue.
Students should bring a mat and a set of hand weights to class.

This national evidence-based community exercise program developed for midlife and older women features exercises that assist women in maintaining muscle mass strength and function. It is also easy and fun!
